The products are much more expensive compared to the official sites. There is no way you can make a profit from dropshipping with them.

Very expensive products, i can not give more than half star. Some products is more expensive than official website.

While B2B Griffati offers a promising range of products and services, my experience with their Shopify integration has been less than perfect. The convenience of a dropshipping supplier that integrates directly with my Shopify store was appealing, but the reality of the integration presents some challenges.

One of the primary issues I've encountered is related to the inventory management. The quantity of items is persistently set to 0 in my Shopify store, even when the supplier has stock. This has led to a significant amount of manual work to update quantities and ensure products are available for my customers. This is not ideal as it can potentially lead to missed sales opportunities or the risk of overselling products that are no longer in stock at the supplier's end.

In addition, reaching out to B2B Griffati's support team has proven to be a challenging task. Despite multiple attempts, the responses have been slow, and resolution of the issues has been far from immediate. This lack of efficient customer service makes it harder to resolve the aforementioned inventory issues and can be frustrating when you're trying to manage a business.

In conclusion, while B2B Griffati offers an extensive product range and the potential for a smooth dropshipping experience, the Shopify integration leaves much to be desired. The inventory management issues and the lack of prompt customer support have made the overall experience less seamless than expected. I would recommend potential users to consider these points before integrating B2B Griffati with their Shopify store.

Devo fare una premessa: Non ho ancora utilizzato al 100% il servizio per una questione di test, ma devo inserire la mia valutazione essendo che nonostante ho avuto dei problemi (non per causa loro) sia di impostazioni che di pagamenti, devo dire che sono stati SUBITO presenti, professionali e veloci a gestire problemi (non causati da loro), sto valutando di avviare completamente un servizio con loro con la consapevolezza di avere un Azienda seria, affidabile e professionale! Specialmente il servizio assistenza mi ha sempre risposto (email, telefono o chat) in maniera veloce, professionale e gentile! Non ho mai avuto sensazione di essere poco gradito (successo molto volentieri con altre aziende uguali). Quindi in conclusione sento di consigliarvi ad usare i loro servizi e di stare tranquilli per eventuali problemi.

The software for Shopify is very practical to use, importing products, synchronization, ordering and shipping processes are very fast and easy. Returns and exchanges are very easy. Products are new in their original packaging. Customer service is very helpful.

I have never seen such a great company to do business with. The service is easily manageable customer support is on another level. They super helpful and nice. If you looking for a great partner in e-com, i can 100% recommend B2B Griffati.

Counterfeit

I have got a warning letter from Tommy Hilfiger that the products are counterfeit. Now I need to shutdown my whole website because of Griffati.

Also you can not return goods, only if they are damaged. Very long delivery time, expensive delivery.. And the support is also not good!!

And yes, I tried to contact the customer service, but I didn’t got an answer. You can say what you want, but I believe in the things that I saw.

they have a great inventory, great customer service the shipping is a little high but you make a good profit so it not really that bad, the selection lets you compete with some of the best high end online stores

Twice I have experienced that the item my customer purchased, was sold out, but not registret on there side.
When they where making the new shopify app, i had to give them permission to delete all the poducts. After that, they told my that it would be a month before the new app would work. so for one month, I could do nothing.
I am not doing that again... So expensive, and the dropshipping is just not optimal at all.

What type of dropship provider doesn't offer returns??? I understand that they can't offer free returns, but they don't accept any returns what so ever, unless the item is defected.
They charge 340euro as activiation fee and another 110euro every month. I don't mind paying a dropship fee, but they offer no customer service either.
Just surprised on how a dropship supplier can't accept returns!!!

Insanely high shipping cost, I wanted to order 12 itemes for test (2-3 kgs) they stated that the cost of 3 kgs and less is 10,90 € (still quite high) but when i processed to payment it said 34 €, insane... I called them and they said it is because they calculate weight and measurements which makes no sense. The e-shop is poorly build for phones, it would not let me order more than 6 pieces of socks (On pc), some of the itemes have weird sizes like 43_101.

When I checked the company register, I found out the company was founded in 2017, however the lady that spoke with me on phone assured me that the company is dropshipping for 5 years already...

I sent them 2 emails, never got any answer (1 and half week) also tried to contact them on Facebook, also zero response, they do respond the calls though.

I would not recommend this company, their practices are unprofessional and shady.

I wonder if people will worl with them on the conditions that they do not accept returns. I have not seen a drop shipper that do not accept return .

Their contact service sometimes is a little bit slow, but I had a problem registering me and they resolved it successfully. I still not know thought if they are good as a distributor and dropshipper, because I am still not working with them. Someone has worked with them and can inform us about this company? Thank you.
