I still have not received the weighlifting belt for my daughter that was purchased two weeks ago now. It appears order was left with a random neighbour without instruction or a card to advise this was the case.

Having reviewed the response from Gunsmith and received the update from my neighbour that they have my package I have revised my rating. To be fair at the time of posting my initial rating I was unaware they had my package. So my disappointment is not a reflection of them but on the courier used. Thanks for your prompt response

Our experience with Gunsmith Fitness has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Despite Talessma International fulfilling shipments as agreed, Gunsmith Fitness made false and misleading allegations regarding delivery and shipment handling. These claims were raised after dispatch, without valid proof, and appeared to be an attempt to shift responsibility or damage our business reputation.

Communication was inconsistent and lacked transparency. Instead of resolving matters professionally, Gunsmith Fitness chose to spread accusations related to shipments that were already properly processed and documented. This behavior caused unnecessary confusion, delays, and reputational harm.

As an international manufacturer, Talessma International maintains clear shipment records, tracking details, and compliance procedures. Unfortunately, Gunsmith Fitness ignored these facts and continued making claims that did not align with the actual shipment status.

We strongly advise other businesses to exercise caution, maintain written documentation, and verify all agreements carefully before engaging with Gunsmith Fitness. Professionalism, accountability, and honest communication were clearly lacking in our experience.

Excellent BFR occlusion straps, great for getting the target muscle isolated and pumped full of blood. Not only are the products quality, so are the team behind it! I broke one of my straps and because I really need them for my quad surgery recovery they gave me a pair free of charge. Great company and great products to build bigger guns!

They made the custom belt in less than expected and the shipping was really quick! Also really atentive team, they always answer mails really quickly and in a great way!

I honestly cannot recall ever receiving customer service as incredible as what I just experienced with Gunsmith Fitness. I placed an order for a sale item that turned out to be out of stock, and as a gesture of goodwill, they sent me a replacement that was far beyond what I originally ordered. The replacement was not on sale and it was one of their high-end, premium belts —an absolute upgrade in every way!

Their communication throughout was outstanding: clear, quick, and genuinely caring. I don’t know if another company out there goes this far above and beyond for their customers. I’m genuinely blown away.

I’m now a customer for life and wouldn’t even consider buying lifting gear from anywhere else. Thank you, Gunsmith Fitness— highest recommendation! 💪

No communication, Company seems to be unaware of how to format and write basic letters and communications with customers. You have no idea who has sent an email because there is no name on it! Ignorant and unprofessional beyond belief. As Gunsmiths refuse to answer query's on when if they intend to supply my goods after two weeks has gone by, I have had to refer the matter to PayPal and ask for a refund. Gunsmiths refuse to refund my money, and will drag things out at PayPal for the maximum amount time. Since I opened a case at PayPal I have been bombarded with nuisance/harassing emails. They are now updating the response constantly with lies, I suppose I should expect nothing else. They say they refunded my money, strange as the case a PayPal is sill awaiting a response from them.This is what happens when you deal with Unprofessional, Ignorant and naive glorified Market traders.

I have just received the best costumer service ever!! Big statement I know but I can’t lie.
The products I have are a mix or clothes and lifting gear and they are to the highest standard. Who doesn’t want to walk into the gym feeling great this is what gunsmith will do for you.

Go check them out yourself and promise, you will never regret it!!

The Weight Belt, is a lovely piece of Kit, fantastic materials used throughout, very comfortable to wear, and what I especially like is the size, I've struggled to get a belt to fit, which isn't too small, the XXL is just the job, and not too stiff. Thanks again

Well made belt, fits as described and does an excellent job. I've never felt comfortable wearing a belt until now. And it was delivered with such speed. Was so surprised how quickly it arrived.

Ordered a custom belt - great fit and craftsmanship with amazing attention to detail on the design.

The Company has been a problem from the first week. My order from the beginning was a disaster, I ordered a custom belt with etching, the design was constantly wrong during the beginning phases along with the type of belt I wanted. We finally worked things out and after months of back and forth and waiting the belt arrived. The numerous months of back and forth, and waiting was for nothing because unfortunately It was still wrong, I wanted a 1 prong not a 2 prong buckle which was discussed over and over, but I dealt with the mistakes, I wasn’t waiting another 5 months for another custom belt. Gunsmith eventually refunded half the cost for putting me through hell. Unfortunately for me not expecting my custom leather belt to start coming apart in a few years, the leather by the buckle notches where I had repeatedly asked for 1 prong not 2 started tearing and breaking apart, I contacted customer service but all they have done is nickel and dime me by keep telling me BECAUSE I WAS REFUNDED 50% which was no fault of my own because of there mistakes and the insane amount of time it took to receive the belt, my belt is NOW NOT covered under there Lifetime Warranty, they have basically thrown me off there chat while trying to discuss matters, constantly send me links to look up there policy’s that actually don’t pertain to my exact situation, all because I received that refund. What that has to do with the quality of the leather and my belt makes No Sense, my belt is unusable now. I would stay clear of this badly run company, garbage leather and materials and how they treat customers. CARDILLO is who I always bought my custom belts from but I wanted to give a new company 6 years ago a shot, big big mistake on my part. You live and learn. CARDILLO BELTS puts this company to shame, and I’m sure there’s new company’s hungry for customers who will put customers first instead of telling you basically go kick rocks‼️
PLEASE READ: The response by Gunsmith you see under my REVIEW IS A TOTAL LIE PERIOD. I have the screenshots of the conversations back in 2018. The order was made on the 27th of June and we did go back and forth and still wasn’t sent till August and was still built incorrectly. Here is the conversation from Gunsmith to myself apologizing for screwing up.

Hi Paul, i'm genuinely sorry about this, I've checked what has happened and it seems our designer used the initial version of the design rather than the update we agreed on.
I can understand it's not how you wanted and again massive apologies, i've just refunded 50% off the order.
If you truly don't like it let me know and i'll make it again.

AS YOU CAN SEE THEY LIED AND HAVE TAKEN NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY LEATHER BELT COMING APART because of cheap leather and poor design, instead they Google my name and try and slander myself instead of being a legitimate company and do the right things customer service wise. They also do not realizing those accusations and charges have been brought down, I don’t lie I was charged Forgerty for DOCTORS EXCUSES FOR MY DAUGHTER for SCHOOL, the charges were from the county of Jackson in Georgia picking up chargers from the school board of Jackson accusing me of changing the DATES ON a couple of SCHOOL NOTES from my daughter’s pediatrician for goodness sake, the pediatrician actually wrote a letter on my behalf. So again my character shouldn’t have been brought into question to cover up the fact Gunsmith Fitness treats customers like garbage and how poor the belts last in my case less than 6 years, and my belt is breaking apart, I Have regular leather belts and powerlifting belts between 25 and 45 years old, they are worn but in perfect working condition. 6 years is ridiculous and I had to take off almost 2 years because of severe injuries so realistically the belt was only used for 4 years. Im really not surprised how low they will stoop to just not do the right thing, look how they went an tried to put my character down instead of doing the right thing. Unbelievable. I obviously can believe they would go to those low life extremes to make themselves look good. Beware of this company.‼️‼️
