Sold many a gun on here..its not gunstars fault if sellers don't reply.
I have no complaints and would use again when I need to buy or sell my next rifle.

Waste of time you send messages for a item and never receive a reply back do not use this site as complete load of rubbish

Paid for my advert and paid for boosts ...with in a week it was taken down with no real explanation as to why ....I asked for my money back and surprise surprise no response...so is that it Gunstar? ...

If you have a technical problem, this company can be quite helpful. However, they will change their procedures and rules on a whim. They WILL truly throw your advert 'under the bus', even delete it or wipe its contents clean as a casualty (sometimes) if their system needs an upgrade, even. You then have to fight for a refund or a free advert credit, by threatenning small claims court. Or phone customer support to try and get things rectified. (THEY WILL NEVER APOLOGISE OR ADMIT THEIR ITS THEIR FAULT. ITS ALWAYS "A TECHNICAL ISSUE"OR "WE ARE WORKING ON IT".)
When you edit or upgrade your advert they have lateley even stopped the listing for me on a daily basis. Requiring me, to phone them every day to make my advert live once more.
They will make rules up as they go along and treat your advert as a total cashcow if they can. Make sure that they do not auto-renew your advert and take your money after the end of your advert's intended run time.
Buyer beware! Know exactly what you are doing, before you do it with this Company (Friday Media)/ WebSite GunStar; if you ever place an advert with them!

Seems to be good just bought two choke ,very easy transaction , there is however to many things marked a sold! , good never the less.

I have tried this site now and then for many years and never had any success. Response to my ads is almost zero every time. I used Guntrader instead and very successfully too for years and it was great until recently. So I tried Gunstar again, same old story, no response and great difficulty in even finding my ads. Both Guntrader and Gunstar are now equally awful sadly!
I expect I'll get the standard Gunstar reply now as follows:

'Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience with our site has been disappointing.' etc etc!

Disappointing selling site to use , very expensive considering little that you recieve back in services. The price to advertise one advert is ridiculous for period and potential buyers you get back. The system doesn't send you notifications when you received messages or emails from potential buyers and I presume the same when sending messages back to potential buyers. Save yourself the money and advertise elsewhere.

Contacted this company for pro forma invoices to decide if/what to buy. Instead, I received text copied from their website and a note there was no warranty. When asked for pistol blanks they said I should buy them elsewhere, but other companies offer a complete package. Decided not to buy from this company due to being unhelpful.

A slight computer glitch saw my add not being renewed. I contacted gunstar and they the problem out very quickly. Great Service from Syed.

I am greatful for the help I just got to Resolve a minor problem with my add, and iam happy with the person that help me ,awesome service can highly recommend,

I still have no got any refund from Gunstar, but many apology emails. Nothing about the boost I paid for which only worked for less than 18 hours. My boost worked when talking to Gunstar at 4pm, next day my advert reverted back to an obscure section. They seem to obtain money by false presences. I had to contact my bank to stop any further payments being taken out of my account.

What a dreadful website. Shame.

Website is bobbins never works correctly for me tried to change details for payment without success kept ask
me for details of rifle from pop down list would not pop down very poor website gave up in the end and went to guntrader which was far easier

I found it simple to advertise and set up gun description, advertising started within the hr. Made edit changes later and again all authorised in hrs and working. I think its quite a simple website to navigate.

I am still waiting on a refund for 3 weeks for £315
They sent a Diana 340 would not even fire pellets I asked for refund then weeks later sent another Diana 340 under power with a chronograph sheet 7 years old sent gun back .
When I phoned for refund he said he test airgun himself I phoned Friday for refund as usual he said I will phone you .
Phoned again he said no understand still waiting refund

It's great experience with Gun Star staff is so helpful using gunstar for over one year now 👍 👌 for gunstar

Oh my goodness the website glitches charged me four times for one advert. Within, I kid you not, 10 minutes I got a call apologising and credited my account immediately. SYED was polite, efficient, and nice to boot!
