Took over 3 months for the order to arrive.

I bought 2 Roman Bracelets. Both are stunning and excellent craftsmanship !!
The concierge was also professional and prompt to answer my questions.

Took 3 weeks to receive order. Seemed like along time, may have been due to the covid lockdown. The product was very nice, no disappointment there. A well received gift.. will shop them again.

Love the bracelets, but 3 of them are too small.

Very disappointed. The bracelets feel cheap and nothing fit, everything was too small and I ordered the large size! Also impossible to return because it comes from Europe and you'll never be able to get it back in time. I will not order from this company ever again. Very disappointing experience.

Loving my new bracelets. Always a bit scary buying jewellery on line as it rarely looks like the pictures.These are exactly as they are on the picture and I would strongly recommend them and I for sure will be buying more. 🥰

The jewellery we bought was of great quality. Very sturdy and comfortable and at the same time very masculine and attractive. Customer service was great 👍🏽 very responsive and helpful! Delivery was delayed a little due to covid situation, but it is totally understandable!

Today i received the bracelets and they are beautiful. Just like on the photos and they fit well. Doesnt feel heavy on the wrist. The come with boxes and jewelry satches. Delivery took a little longer than expected but given the circumstances understandable. And after all not too long.

First, I have to say I love the items. I have the gold set.
I placed an order for the gold bracelet set right before the pandemic outbreak became known in China. So needless to say shipping the material became an issue.

Naturally I wanted what I wanted when I wanted it but that's not always how the world works. There were delays however all along the way Guys Drawer specifically, Marcus I., responded to my e-mails in much more than a timely fashion and always within 24 hours even with the time differences.
Ultimately, my original order was finally declared lost and a replacement went out right away express.

I received the items today. I absolutely love them. And although things don't always go my way most companies I find are not too great in keeping their customers informed.

I am a customer. I will order again. I am also a 30+ year veteran of building companies and if every company kept me informed as much as Marcus life would be much simpler.
