Ordered a sports jacket when it arrived it was too tight, I sent it back immediately with the intention of ordering the next size . When I received my refund £7 had been deducted, I had already paid £4 for my delivery . I questioned it and got nowhere , unprofessional outfit won’t be ordering again. Robbing customers.
Would not recommend!

Love my Gym+Coffee fleece. It’s warm, comfortable and stylish!

Love the products, so much. I’ve spent all winter in the sweatshirts. Only comment would be the colour could last longer. It’s technically possible guys, just choose to build it in.

Staff were very pleasant and got me the t shirts I chose from the store where they were in plastic bags. No complaints from my visit to the shop.

I absolutely love the coffee and gym range. I have loads of the snap collar sweaters and the plain round neck ones. They wash well and fit well. Colours are amazing and do not fade, they feel like new Everytime I put them on. About to purchase the gorgeous lemon jumper very soon. If I have every had to do a return it all happens very quickly and with no stress.

Good range of men's and women's sports/casual clothing. Each item I've purchased fits well and comfortably.

I got a Gym + Coffee Snap caller top at Christmas , after wearing it twice I noticed that the buttons popped off so I contacted them to get an exchange.
This took until February to get the top sent back. On the day I sent the top back I dropped them an email to explain I sent the item back and I added the note they told me to add. I also asked how long it would take me till I got my new top?
That was 19th of February. This is now April and I have not heard one thing from Gym plus Coffee I have emailed them twice. I have heard nothing! All I wanted was an exchange or a similar top at the same price and they’ve just chosen to ignore me.
They’ve took my money and they’ve took my product !
Gym Plus Coffee clearly spend thousands on their advertising campaign as we can see from their new line posted all over social media . Maybe they should start pumping some of that money into their customer services because this is an absolute joke.
I wouldn’t not recommend buying their products and especially not online as you won’t get an exchange and they’ll just ignore you.
