The website has to be one of the worst I've ever tried to navigate. Its slow to load if it ever loads. It lacks the account management features of even the most basic of online sellers. Draw dates seem to shift based on day of the week not day of the month. All in all not great.

Customer service is not notch. ive never had an issue, even when I accidentally signed up for 8 subscriptions in the beginning and didn't realize it until they arrived they cancelled the extras and even gave my a refund on the extra ones
