Before coming to Hadleys we were using a different agent who did little to sell the property or keep us informed. After 6 months we changed to Hadleys and the property was sold within weeks.
Rachael and Siobhan kept us informed every step of the way, always returning our calls and we felt that they were on our side.

We had issues selling our property before listing with Hadleys, once we went with them we had an offer within weeks. They helped us with the issues and gave us constant support and were always available to talk. We were completed within a short period of time and the process was very smooth. Would highly recommend.

I was with another estate agent who managed to get only a few viewings in 7 months, with Hadleys we got an offer after approx 6 weeks, in a very slow market. I was impressed by the photos and Rachael has been very helpful chasing the sale process through to exchange. I have recommended them to friends.

Here's my experience of Hadley's London estate agent: First of all, I went with them because 1, they were the agent that helped sell a maisonette similar to mine at a VERY good price. And 2, when I rang them, the manager (Danny) said their fee was 0.75%+vat. So, 0.9% total, which I considered OK for a high street agent. Next, when Danny came round for the valuation, he told me about how their Virtual Reality Tour would work really well for me. What he didn't tell me is that this would cost an extra £120, or that I'd only get a floor plan if I signed up for professional photography (at more cost). I wasn't having any of that, so just created my own floor plan. The description they wrote was basically just a copy/paste from one of their previous listings - in other words, probably a 5 minute job. The next thing to happen was that the manager left. When I rang his replacement (Rachael), she told me that Hadley's London are "classed as an Internet-based company". So they're NOT a high street agent but still charge high street prices. In fact, they actually put their prices up by 20% (0.9%+vat) due to the head office apparently "rewarding themselves for doing so well" (according to Danny). When I asked Rachael why they were charging thousands of pounds despite being classed as an online agent, she replied "I just do what the manager tells me". In total, I was with Hadley's London for 2 months during which time they produced zero viewings. Hadleys London is associated with Cubitt and West, both of which form part of the Arun Estate Agencies Group. The staff did seem polite, but I give just 1 star because this was an "unacceptable experience". In my opinion, AVOID like the plague!

I received a leaflet through my door from Hadley’s, offering a free Valuation. I was initially sceptical as I had never heard of them.
I called up and spoke to Sophia, who was very helpful and put me through to Danny.

He was extremely helpful and seemed to know exactly what he was talking about, in comparison to my current agent who haven’t sold in the 9 months I’ve been on with them!

Danny advised me on the next steps to take and offered to come and re-value my property once the notice period is up!

Called up Hadleys after I saw a house on Rightmove I wanted to View but was unsure about the area. I spoke with Rachel who was so helpful and although this house wouldn’t work she did send me over other ones that were of interest And I am looking forward to viewing with her over the next few weeks

Over the last 2 months, Clive Mcllwaine has been the estate agent working on the sale of our property. There are many positive things to say about Clive: he was relentlessly positive and enthusiastic about our property, he always gave us immediate feedback, he was friendly and had our best interests at heart, and above all we trusted him with the sale of our house. I truly believe Clive's character and commitment played a key part in the sale of our property. Thank you Clive!

Moving house can of course be a very stressful time for anyone! But Will at Hadleys immediately put our minds at ease and has been great from the get go. He took the time to find out exaclty what we are looking for and I know that he will work hard to find our perfect home.

I have been considering a move now for about a year, but never took the next step. I received a promotional leaflet offering free valuation from Hadleys. I called and booked few estate agents. I have to say Danny from Hadleys stood out from the rest, from his appearance, to his knowledge of the area and the market, but mostly his ability to make me feel relaxed. I will definitely be using Danny once I have finished the work on my house.

We’ve been thinking about selling for the past seven months and not knowing what to do. Thankfully Danny (my knight in shining armour) came to instantly put me at ease and simply gave us an honest view of the market and where our home would fit in with regards to its rivals!
