Half a Melon からの回答

Hi Victoria,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sad to hear that you feel this way, however, we are a little confused as to why. We are very transparent with our processing time, which is displayed on both the banner on the website as well as in your confirmation email. This is 5-7 working days, excluding weekends, bank holidays and delivery time (as we cannot predict the postal service in everyone's areas due to the ongoing pandemic.)

You placed your order on the 26th of May and with the bank holiday weekend that followed your order this meant that your orders processing time was between the 3rd and the 7th of June. You messaged us on the 3rd requesting an update, which is fine. In our reply we provided you with this information regarding the times and also advised you that your order was printed and in the cut queue and would be out for dispatch the following day. (4th).

As promised your order was dispatched to you on Friday 4th of June, on the delivery service you had chosen, 2nd class signed for. Looking at your tracking this arrived on the Monday 7th June. Which even though we do not include delivery in our turnaround time, is within the promised time.

Given all of this information and that your order was delivered on time within the parameters provided, we feel that this 1* review is not a fair representation of our service. If you have any further questions, please do feel free to reach back out to us on Facebook to discuss as we are always happy to answer any questions or hear feedback.

Many thanks,

Lauren & Sharon.

Excellent company

Excellent company. The ladies who run this are both so helpful and do everything they can to help make sure you are happy with
your order. The quality of their products is brilliant too. I am so happy that I found them.
