Awful experience. Ian is the classic con man. He added so many extras he ended up being the 3rs most competitive to the most expensive in the blink of an eye. Ian lies, doesn't keep appointments and quite frankly just let me down. I had to get a real professional in to rectify his poor workmanship and completed contempt and untruths!

U.S. Hamilton Collection - Online

The Hamilton Collection Online is very good and their system is so much easier to follow if you go online. I find it very smooth and feel more trusty with the gloried stars and U.S. Flag shown.

I wish I'd read these reviews before using The Hamilton Group. The installer had to replace a coloured glass panel onto the front of a wooden bathroom cabinet. It was not possible to source the exact panel but a near match was provided. The installer had to drill 3 new holes into the wooden door front but countersunk the screws deeper than the originals so that the screws scratched the glass panel. Despite the installer having explained this to me at the time and promising that the company would replace the panel I have had nothing but trouble with the company since. I've had had to chase them repeatedly, messages were not passed on and the installer has changed his story saying that he did everything correctly and the problem is that the glass panel does not match the original exactly. The company is refusing to accept any responsibility at all. I would never use them again.

Hamilton rescued me from the incompetence of Pimlico Plumbers. Organising appointment by telephone was very easy and flexible, engineer arrived early and identified the problem within 3 mins and fixed it in five. Saved me paying Pimlico £1,000 for made-up work!

Paid over £120 for an investigation into how we could boost water flow/pressure in our loft bathroom. Was told they would get back to me with quotes for the various options; didn’t hear anything for a couple of weeks so chased up to no avail. Never heard back. Absolute rip off.

Whole place is shambolic from their receptionist, service engineer to their accounts office. Invoice was very vague with no details of materials purchased. Worse still it was overpriced. I was also charged 2x. Work was double-booked. Plumber turned up with replacement toilet seat, only to end up fixing the hinges from the old toilet seat and then casually just left the new toilet seat I paid for still in its wrapping. Service from beginning to end was chaotic and unprofessional. Avoid!! I wish I caught sight of the reviews before I hired them.

Engaged to install a Keston boiler & upgrade TRV's. Very disappointed, this company sub contracts its engineers, so no continuity. 2 radiators still not working. The engineers dislodged the covers on water tank resulting in the insulation partially falling into the tanks. This acted as a wick and caused a serious leak damaging the ceiling underneath. Careless. Overpriced. You judge a company by the way they handle complaints, they refused to take any responsibility! Avoid!

Terrible company. Would not recomend. Had to get in a reputable comany to sort out the shoddy work they did. And there is no after sales service!!

Excellent company

Frances turned up on time, was friendly, efficient and tried to sort an additional problem also. I had feared this would incur additional charge however it was not. Very happy indeed.

I spoke with the Hamilton group and they were with me in 2 days. They fixed the problem quickly and easily. The plumber also helped me set up my heating which I have been totally fixed by!! Very friendly and helpful service!

When our boiler stopped working we knew we had to get it fixed that day as we couldn't face another cold shower. We called the Hamilton Group and spoke with Andreea who was so friendly and professional and went out of her way to get someone out to us. The plumber was excellent, very friendly and took the time to explain what had happened and what to look for on our boiler for future reference. Would not hesitate to use Hamilton Group again. Very reasonable price and an excellent service.

I had a problem with a saniflow, the problem was diagnosed quickly and options to reduce the cost of full repair were presented. Would definitely recommend Hamilton Group

I find Hamilton Group to really know their stuff and always try to respond quickly to get us back up and running as soon as possible. Their staff are very presentable and friendly. Top class!

So, I found Hamilton Group doing a search on google for a local plumber. I needed a power flush and they were exactly half the price quoted by British Gas. Daniel came at the right time, was clean and neat and did a couple of extra jobs at the same time. I would recommend them every time and will add them to my little Black Book.

Work done efficiently & well. Engineer arrived at agreed times and explained carefully the problem and what needed to be done to fix the bolier.

Gave clear quote for the work and the job was completed in less time than they quoted for and bill was reduced accordingly.

As a landlord, I would definitely use again.
