Thanks for the feedback and glad you enjoyed. It is important to note that the Brazilian Arabica will always be the strongest tasting aspect of our flavoured coffee as it is just coated in flavouring for aroma and taste :)

The paid shipment tooks too long

The paid shipment tooks too long. Order of 28.07 is still on its way - 5 days and no coffee. And no tracking possibilities even with tracking number. It's a nightmare for coffee lovers.

Hi Royal Mail strikes for Black Friday was November 24, November 25, November 30 & December 1.
We dispatched your order within 48hrs on the 29th Nov, Royal Mail had a 2 day strike and and seriously behind on deliveries. There is nothing we can do our end so I am very sorry your delivery was delayed but you should leave your 2 star with Royal Mail and not us?
Please leave us a review based on the coffee and the quality rather than the delivery times as we try our best to get all orders out to our customers asap but when its Royal Mail striking across the whole of the UK its not just us that that are having delays getting orders to customers.

Great service and price

Great service and price. Usually order every couple of months ordered 2 kg this time has there was 30% off so our favourite coffee at a good price.

The latest order of French Vanilla


The latest order of French Vanilla coffee was so bad it was basically unflavoured. I tried to bring it to their attention and they have ignored 3 emails so now I can only advise others to avoid. Maybe this is a scam now. The first order I had was really good. Now they seem not to care

Hello Mark, we can only see 2 emails from you on our system which were both from Monday 26th September 1 - at 6.28am & another @ 4.29pm the same day? so we haven't ignored your email we have been getting through other emails to then see yours and come back to you. French Vanilla no questions asked we are resending for you. As said in the email replied to you just now..
We are only human so perhaps an issue or mistake was made by the flavour team on that batch.
Sometimes it can happen but its about how we deal with and sort out any issues that crop up that is important to us and to ensure the customer is happy. Even you said your first order was really good so please try to keep that in mind and understand we always go out of our way to resolve anything.

WE 1000% care hence why we aren't asking any questions and just resending. Especially as you have had our coffee before. upon redelivery of your French vanilla if its back to your expected standard we would appreciate you to perhaps re-review your star rating and rate us based on how the solution and final result end for you?

We hope to continue to supply you but please do try to give us at least 2 working days to get to you in future?

Delivery time is shocking

It’s been just over a week since I purchased my coffee and I still don’t have it. I keep coming back to get this coffee because it’s super tasty but the delivery really lets it down. You really need to order 2 weeks in advance of needing it

Hi Leanne, we are sorry on your delayed delivery.
the delivery time is "shocking" because we freshly roast and dispatch our coffee to order. we try to dispatch orders within 48 hours but in busy periods it can be 72.
Then as you selected Royal mail 48 which means its an extra 48 hours on top (if they are not delayed) so and order can be anywhere from 3 - 5 working days delivery.
also as its flavoured coffee we have a whole extra step where we need to let is rest and soak in the flavours to ensure the experience is as desired. Thank you for coming back to get this black cherry coffee, on your next order drop us a note / email and we will send you extra coffee for free to make up for the delayed delivery time from your last order. if you can order on a weekend or Monday rather than middle / end of the week you then miss the possibility of no delivery before the weekend? Thank you for supporting our family run company and we will endeavour to make it up to you.
