Scammers

In April 2025, I made a purchase for 2000 euros, the tracking number expired, and I did not receive the parcel. I wrote to support 5 times already but still did not receive an answer. These are scammers, do not work with them. I submitted an application to the bank for the chargeback procedure.

Just refund me the payment, my account is kz***buyer(a)gmail.com order number 135212055

We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. Please allow us to clarify the situation.

Your order was shipped promptly from our warehouse in Finland. Unfortunately, the delay was caused by an unexpected and prolonged hold by the Finnish Customs due to re-export regulations (Due to ARTICLE 12g OF COUNCIL REGULATION 833/2014 “ NO RE-EXPORT TO RUSSIA" CLAUSE”) . We provided all necessary documentation, and after considerable effort, the parcel was finally released.

We understand your frustration, and we have reached out to you directly via email to provide updates and discuss how you would prefer us to proceed—either with a refund or re-delivery. We are also working with the Finnish postal service to resolve the issue of the expired tracking number and will provide a new one if needed.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to resolve the matter in the best possible way. Please rest assured that we take every case seriously and always aim for the best possible outcome for our customers.

Spent over 4000 and never received my…

Spent over 4000 and never received my package... was told I'd get a refund and still waiting....no reply from Happy Angler Fishing Store this is going on over 5 weeks... avoid this company at all costs

The website was easy to navigate and descriptive.

The website was easy to navigate and truly the best pricing I could find. I am from Florida in the United States. The order was pretty simple and the communications were very prompt. Once I got confirmation that they had international shipping, the order was processed. I received shipping details that were a little odd to me as I am used to USPS or UPS. The items I ordered arrived in great packaging in a fairly timely manner. The shipping status was a little off as it currently still shows my item is in transit even though I received it yesterday. Customer service was very polite and provided information quickly. Thanks as I am now a "happy angler". Keith

My package arrived in good time and at…

My package arrived in good time and at a very reasonable price. It was unfortunately too big, however happy angler were happy for me to return it in its original condition even after a month or so. Very satisfied with the service and communication.
