Online ordering hassles
Thought I would try for the first time, a 2 for 1 offer but hit problems placing an order. The website locked up during the online payment phase but my debit card was still charged. Seems order had not been placed though. Also created a new account which showed no order history or info. Ended up emailing my order details instead but got no reply or explanation. The goods (25kgs) then arrived silently 2 days later so I will try them. Then I discovered my new account had been deleted. So lose 2 stars for the unsatisfactory ordering hassles, and I probably won't bother again.

Great offers on bird food and excellent delivery time, first time trying their products filled two feeders (only small ones)put them out in the morning saw a few birds visit even bobbing robin, got up next morning both feeders completely empty and no seeds on the ground, that makes the product well worth it as there's no messy wastage, very happy.

Surprisingly poor quality suet update
I bought insect suet pellets and about a quarter of it is just powder. Previously they were all pellets with little waste. Have emailed you but no reply as yet

My email hadnât been submitted. I resubmitted and got a reply within 2 days with a promise of free suet pellets in compensation. Happy with the response and speed. Will continue to use this company. This was just an unfortunate hiccup.
