Dear Janet,
Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a wonderful 5* review which, as an independent company, we truly appreciate!
Kind regards
Talia
I have only given this 4 stars because I have yet to give it to the birthday girl but it looks a magnificent gift and she will be able to make gifts for friends and family in an absorbing hobby.

Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a 4* review.
As a small company we value any feedback so I was just wondering what we could have done better for you to have given us a 5* review?
Kind regards
