My order was mishandled by the shipping company and misdirected, but Harison and Walmart came through and corrected the situation. I would buy again without reservation.

Model: HR-B101 Electromagnetic Upright Bike

I am sharing my frustrating experience with this exercise bike and company in hopes that it helps others make an informed decision. Unfortunately, I've had to replace this bike three times, each time encountering different issues that made it unusable.

FIRST BIKE: The initial bike had a loud belt noise and a faulty display that reset all metrics every time I shifted positions during exercise. This made it impossible to track my workout progress. After contacting the manufacturer (HARISON FITNESS) and sending them a video of the problems, they advised me to return it to Amazon.

REPLACEMENT: The replacement bike had a major flaw: the crank arm wasn't threaded so that the pedal couldn’t be screwed in. This clear manufacturing defect rendered the bike completely unusable from the start.

SECOND REPLACEMENT: The third bike had the same display issue as the first—resetting all metrics randomly. To make matters worse, after just one week of use, there was no resistance when pedaling, making the bike entirely ineffective for exercise.

Each time, I had to disassemble the bike, re-box it, schedule a pick-up, and then build the replacement. This was incredibly time-consuming and frustrating, especially since the problems persisted across different units.

To add to my frustration, the manufacturer didn't respond when I asked for help with the third bike. THEY LITERALLY DID NOT RESPOND TO MY E-MAIL REQUESTING SUPPORT. Also, no instructions are provided for the display console, making troubleshooting impossible.

In summary, this has been a very disappointing experience. The bike(ALL 3 BIKES) is riddled with defects, and the manufacturer's (HARISON FITNESS) lack of support only adds to the frustration. Please consider this review before purchasing, as my experience suggests that the quality control and customer service from this company leave much to be desired.

I have a spin bike which called HARISON B1850. For now have using for 1 year. Very sturdy and stable, it can support ipad in the head of the bike, and also without noise when cycling. My friend also bought one after she saw mines.
