Good price.
Delivery on time and was helped to get the items put away

Fabulous customer service, very helpful and friendly staff.
The timber had handling damage and large areas of soiling, it was meant to be superior final finish grade.
Returned for replacement without issue but it was inconvenient and time consuming

bought a handful of trim pieces for a picture frame detail on my landing& down the stairs. arrived quickly& securely packaged. will use again

Delivery arrived on the correct day, but a few of the lengths of skirting were quite badly damaged

Bought a loft ladder kit online, collected in branch and unfortunately I'd ordered one that was too large. Harlow were happy to exchange even though I'd opened it. Really happy with the service, item was great and really well priced.

I’m done with Harlows, everything was in stock when I ordered and now they having trouble with my order…needed for a job and they praise there service on being reliable when they are far from it…. Third time over a few months they lack everything… never got in contact with me about an order, staff moaning about size of order I’m done with these and finding a new supplier… will not be recommending at all.

After attending a job interview at Bluebridge in Halstead, the company claimed that a deaf man wearing a collar was driving an HGV, and reassured me that my hearing loss wouldn't be an issue for driving an HGV. However, I didn't receive any communication after 3 weeks, indicating that I was not successful. To my surprise, the same role was advertised again three weeks later. It became clear to me that they did not want to hire someone with a disability to drive an HGV. I want to call out Gwyneth Plummern, the Operations Director, for this unacceptable putting of disabled people off work for Harlow Timber Systems (Eastern) Limited.

Don't buy online... I explained what I wanted the timber for on the phone, they sent timber that was not suitable and won't accept any liability for it. I'm now stuck with a pack of timber I can't use andcwill have to go local now to buy again. Not good enough.....

The sales advisor helped me out with some custom cutting requirements, and didn't charge extra for cutting as it was only a couple of MDF sheets. Very happy!

The delivery charge was quite a lot for my quite small order (£35), but, it still worked out cheaper overall than other merchants I looked at.

Can't recommend highly enough, took delivery of torus 7 inch skirting board and surprised at the quality and thickness. Expected it to be similar to B&Q or Wickes quality, nothing like twice as thick. Delivered on the promised date and phoned to confirm delivery 2 days before.

Delivery time absolutely terrible, after numerous emails finally got the goods 11 days after the date they said .
Order placed on 7th of January finally got the goods on the 26th of January.

First time visit to the Hinckley branch and the service provided for providing and cutting MDF sheet was absolutely first class - pleasant, friendly, attentive and quick - will certainly use again and highly recommend

Great quality products cut to size. Amazing customer service, competitively priced would highly recommend the Nottingham branch. Guy behind the desk was a pleasure to deal with and resolved a small issue I had quickly and very professionally.

Helpfull friendly staff reasonably priced prducts cut to size, I cannot fault the service recieved from this company first rate have only driven to the Hinkley depot asked for required materials paid and left completely satisfied with both service and goods good job guys keep up the good work.
