Good value timber although click and collect was more like click and wait around a bit cos it wasn't ready for collection and the person that knew about it wasn't immediately available. Would still use them again tho but with slightly lower expectations.

Ordered for click and collect on line went to the door where it said click and collect, was told I had to go to office first but I have a collection number on my phone, still have to go to office first 3 customers in front so had to wait while they were served first. Got to counter said I have come to pick up click and collect was asked what’s that ! I ordered on line oh that was the reply had to wait while they found the paperwork and then went to collection point while they picked my order.took forever sorry Harlows never again !

I bought these trellis on the strength of the picture on their website which looked like a chunky planed timber nailed at each join.
Those that arrived were rough timber and stapled at each join.
Disappointed.
Aside from that, the pallet had been loaded top heavy, it was on it's side on arrival, the fall had split each one of the bags of cement ( bar one ) and coated half of the trellis panels with cement.
Both the driver and I had a light dusting of cement by the time we'd finished.
Not impressed.

This was our second order and we were very pleased with the quality of the wood and the excellent service. The delivery driver Chris from the Burton branch was professional and super helpful. Will definitely be placing more orders in future! Thank you

No order number provided for purchase by telephone; order took ages to trace when visiting to collect timber.
Goods loaded to van but on checking there were 9 lengths of 3.9 metre cladding missing. Overall service was unbelievably bad.

Quality trims,well packaged

Only comment is that an order dispatched on 6/01/23 was received on the 12/01/23 by DHL and only then after a query to the branch which was dealt with promptly which resulted in the delivery next day.
Excellent after sales service by Ben Harley.

Timber arrived, though it wasn't adequately packaged. This meant by the time I got to it the rain had soaked into the timber. I ordered it for the 9th January, and according to the website that was the earliest date. It arrived around the 7th / 8th

It was also not the Slate Lath Green Treated Roof Batten I ordered but a normal (and seemingly untreated) 38x25. Unless the green tint is invisible?

Fantastic Company that go over and above the call of duty. Problems solved quicktime, and no questions asked. (Thanks Ben) !

Needed some furring strips for a roofing job that I needed to do between Christmas and New Year. Went on line to order the tanalised 3 X 2's and they were waiting for me to collect on the morning of the 28th. This meant I could get them machined down before lunch to get to Nottingham by the afternoon for the next day. Flat roof went on a treat, well done to the skeleton team at Harlow's, Long Whatton.

Used click and collect on line, updated regularly via email on when my order was ready, I usually go to B&Q,Wicks etc for materials but too expensive, I will definitely use Harlow again and will recommend others to do so

I was given an approx time which did not happen because of transport issues which i appreciate happens.
But wasn't informed of the problem ( had to chase ) or you could have 4 stars
Decent product though, and decent delivery driver very helpful
