Disgraceful customer service. Made an order with them in August 2025 for oil holsters, its now 3 days away from December 2025 and still have NOT received any order. After over a month of no communication from the company whatsover I called their customer service line multiple times, have never had a call answered to this day. Eventually received an email back, after a week of contacting, stating the holsters needed to be outsourced and would be in shortly. After numerous unanswered emails I was eventually told 3 weeks ago they were shipped and would be arriving very soon. Still no order received, no communication, no refund. Save your time and money, shop literally anywhere else but here.
Purchased a physio stretching board off this website for delivery to Ireland. It had been a month and I hadn't heard anything so I emailed them. They replied promptly stating that the package had been held up in customs. They sent another Physio board which arrived within a couple days. Very professional and helpful.
Avoid this seller.
I'VE ORDERED THE dressings packs - they supplied half of the order, I never got my refund back despite multiple emails.
The most disappointing and disgusting service. I turned up for my first appointment today, after ringing the bell which the name of the company is faded, knocking on door and ringing over 5 times no answer. When I finally got through it went to an overflow office person Esther who was helpful who said she’s trying her best to get through but still no one replied to her. After almost 30 mins someone Arlene opened the door. I explained to her how long I waited, it was freezing cold and in the rain. I decided I wanted my money back and was informed her I was disappointed with this and it’s a terrible first impression. Then a very rude woman patient called Karen started getting involved and verbally attacking me telling me I shouldn’t say anything to Arleen because I’ve only waited “a bit”. This upset me further as she should not have got involved. Arleen was trying to be helpful but she did not have access to the admin system online. She said that the manager and other team members were in Istanbul at a conference otherwise usually the call would have been answered. I’ve not experienced such a terrible service and lack of care for someone coming to a first appointment. I asked about the complaints procedure but Arlene said she cant access that because again she did not have the user rights. It could have been handled better had the right communication system been in place. Right now I have to wait a few days for a refund but they won’t be able to erase this terrible experience I had.
After an issue with the supplier, Karen went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t kept waiting for my new therapy stool. I’m so delighted with the customer service, thank you.
Great experience dealing with this company. I ordered some dressings which arrived in 2 days.
I needed to speak to someone about my order and there is a real number and a real person one can speak to. Karen was very helpful and sorted my matter. The refund is immediate if something is out of stock. No fuss, no hassle. The professional attitude of Karen was an absolute pleasure to witness. Quite rare these days.
I specifically ordered and paid a premium for a particular brand of sheets ( Affinity 3 Part Sheet Set
SKU: 8-FN036) because I was happy to pay a premium for the quality. What I have received unfortunately is NOT the Affinity brand of sheets. The sheets are not the same and have a different model number (C3J1). I emailed them about the matter and never received a reply. So I've ended up paying £40 - £50 more than I needed to (having purchased multiple sets), when I could have gotten the same sheets elsewhere for cheaper. A complete rip off and this seems like a fraudulent transaction as the product delivered is not the product I ordered.
