Didn't receive product
It took me months to find room in my budget just to order two of these lip balms. But I did not receive them even though the address I put in was correct. It is probably more the fault of the US Postal Service but I will never know because I never received the product.

Great products and service
Web site was easy to navigate. Product descriptions very helpful. Products were securely wrapped, each jar individually and then as a whole. Will definitely order again.

Love the No Sugar Added jams
I love the no sugar added jams. Online ordering is easy, delivery is fast, very well packaged, and the jams are delicious. Shipping costs are high.

We strive to package and ship our orders in the most efficient and timely fashion possible. Apologies for the shipping costs, unfortunately we can't control that.. Shipping to the West Coast from the East Coast has always been high for us.

The products where hreat
Quality of product, however two of the bags of popcorn were split open and popcorn was spilled in box. I think they used the bags of popcorn as packing material to protect the bottle of butter topping. There was bubble wrap only on top of items in box. I called about it last week, and was told it would be replaced, and they would email me a confirmation of the conversation and replacement. but have not received any email yet.
