Sizing is ridiculous. Took months to find my account and looks like no refund although Company says will refund. Customer service terrible. Gave them a 1 but it’s actually a 0.

I like many others who ordered these was sent an inferior product nothing like the photos. Absolute rubbish and obviously a cheap knockoff from China. Will not bother to try and return them based on what others have said.Will just leave negative reviews on all sites.

The USA wreath was junk. The picture on the site was not close to sold item. I sent several e mails asking for return instructions and got back offers instead. Finally I learned that if the product "got lost" in shipping to China I would get nothing. I had to send them my info and order# for a partial refund ?? I am waiting on the partial refund just to end this saga. That might get lost in shipping too. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

Do not use this company, total scammers.
I ordered bras for my mother $80. The bras I ordered were not the ones I received. I emailed them to see if I could return I received an email back stating that the address on the package was not a return address and I should consider ordering another size. I tried to email them back again to say it was not a sizing issue and that they sent me the entire entirely wrong bras and my email would not send. They literally blocked me from emailing them. And now my elderly mother is out $80. And this is why I will only buy American from now on. Hatmeo is a scam company!

Needs to be made of stronger fabric.
Being an older woman. I cannot get the bra on due to old shoulders. The bra needs to have front closures on it.

Terrible lying company with no replies to emails. Never want to give address for return of bras that dont fit properly.
Purchased 4 what an idiot over $120 worth for no way to return.
Will only remove this if they give me return address and relace money into paypal.
Otherwise DONT buy anything from them really bad online company.

What I received from Hatmeo was not what I ordered, and the refused to correct the problems. The problems: false advertising, inferior product, poor quality, wrong materials, poorly made, refusal to admit to any wrong doing, refusal to correct the problems, refusal to refund (except for $6 out of the approx. $60 that I spent).

Well, this is the last time I ever purchase anything like a bra without trying it on. I did exactly as advertised and made sure I bought the appropriate size, but it was at least two sizes too small for me, and would not even remotely trust to repurchase any size.
What a drama trying to get this refund done. The customer service was appalling. I’m speaking about dozens of emails from them literally begging and grovelling for so long to either keep the items and or exchange,starting with $14 refunds and went all the way up to $60 and would allow me to keep the product, or just pay for shipping to get a replacement.(I paid AU$128.35 for 3) Then asking me for a five star review if I accepted their proposal. I had to beg them to leave me alone and stop contacting me.
Thank God for PayPal, who refunded me on their behalf, but the whole process was wearing me thin and took so long. Never again!

There was an initial problem with sizing, but after negotiations with the Customer Service team, this problem was overcome satisfactorily. The Customer Service team were, at all times, prompt, professional and courteous. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I ordered 3 bras using the sizing chart Hatmeo provided. After 5 weeks they eventually arrived and did not fit at all. I asked for a refund. I was offered a voucher and a $10 refund on a $124 purchase and to keep the bras. What I am supposed to do with them I have not idea. I have insisted on a refund. They have finally agreed to a refund of $104. I have paid $20 postage to China. Waiting to see if the parcel arrives and if I MIGHT get the refund. I find this company to be a rip off, hiding behind small print. Much better companies to order from.

Shocking. The bras are nowhere near sizing advertised. The return process is non-existant. Paid $124 - the offer a $10 credit. They claim it is too expensive to return. My 2nd bad experience with them

The bra offers absolutely no support, is made of very flimsy and cheap material. The company then makes is very difficult to return the product. I paid $59.80 for the bra and $5 was added at the checkout even though it said free delivery. When I tried to return it, I was offered first $5 refund to keep the bra, then $6, then $7 until it got to $9 with each request to return the bra and get full refund as stated on Hatmeo website. Finally, when I insisted on returning it, I got an address in Shanghai, was told that $14 was for delivery and $5 for insurance, and I will get back $45 once they reeive it. The cost od sending it back to China and the uncertainty of getting a refund at all made me hesitant to spend more money on this cheap product. Overall very bad customer experience and total waste of money. I will never buy anything from this company, not worth the hassles they put you through when you are trying to return the cheap product.

My husband purchased two of the sonic tooth cleaning systems. They are clearly not as effective as our current toothbrushes. Their return policy requires the product be returned within 30 days of delivery. When I attempted to follow their published return policy I received the same answer as others reported. They would not share the return address and they offered $7 for a $92 purchase, with the explanation that (1) it will be too expensive for me to return to their international address and (2) it may get lost in transit. When I again insisted they send me the return address, they offered $8 but still no address was forthcoming. It's been days since I declined that and requested the return address again but no reply is forthcoming. Their email responses are several days after my inquiries and now the 30 days has passed, but I'm still trying....

The bra was not accurate to the size in Label. It has to be sent back to China, so all they want to give me is $3.00 for a $40 purchase. They should not be able to be in business. Never buy from China. Always American made. Won't happen again.

Don’t waste your money - it’s a con. These bras are terrible quality and nothing like the picture. I am trying to return them - cost over $100 aus dollars and this is the response I got “ We understand your desire to return the item.

However, in cases like this, the cost of return shipping can sometimes exceed the item's original price. Furthermore, we are unable to issue a refund if the return shipment is lost in transit. To provide a satisfactory resolution while avoiding these risks, we propose a compromise of $8 to close this matter”.

This is a scam. The sizing is totally wrong i ordered XXL and XL both way too small and they just don't fit around your body, and i am not a large person. I paid $95 and they say refundable, but it is not.
Asking for a refund was not forthcoming, an $8 refund and voucher for $40 - why would i want to buy more of these? have to chalk it up to checking reviews before i buy anything again. BEWARE do not buy this product.

I've been had! Wish I'd had the good sense to read the reviews of the company before ordering. Like others I received inferior bras, nothing like expected. Was given the same run around when trying to do a return, I did finally get an address to return the items ( in China), but postage was expensive and then the items had to be approved for refund. Who's to say they wouldn't find fault with the product and refuse a refund. Decided to cut my losses and accept an $8 refund and told them to keep their $30 voucher.

I paid $65 Australian dollars for a bra that is not the normal fit for a larger cup. It looks like a teenagers bra. No support . BEWARE because I live in Australia they do not accept returns and wanted to refund me $5. In their refund policy I cannot find where it states if you order from overseas there is no returns no refunds.

This bra was a scam. Poor quality and over priced. The company refused to provide a return address and kept bullying me to keep the rubbish and offered a tiny refund. Avoid this company like the plague!

This ultrasonic brush has very soft vinyl bristles that don’t clean anything. I put a stain on my teeth to see where it would remove plaque or food particles and it didn’t do anything. I would not recommend this product is not worth the money and if you want to return it, you have to return it back to China and pay for that yourself DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT. in my opinion, it is totally worthless and waste of your money.
