Customer service was great and I utilised the free exchange option and got the size I needed. Ordering online in general is a pain for sizing but I was very happy I could change my size for free and the dress is lush.

Delivery was quick and the earrings arrived in a cute pouch. I’ve worn them the last few days and they look good

Really couldn’t fault it, I ordered 2 dresses different sizes and returned one kept the other. Delivery was quick and dress is good quality.

When I ordered the wrong colour of dress I emailed them to get it changed and they were able to change it to the correct colour with no delay to shipping so I was very grateful as it was for a wedding. Dress is very beautiful and quality is really wonderful Thank you

I first ordered from this brand back in 2022 and now I’ve got 5 of their dresses, 4 different prints of the same dress and the lilac knit. The high low dress really flatters and honestly looks fab. It’s been a great wee holiday dress so I’ve kept ordering different colours in it and it’s light and breezy just perfect for the heat. Plus it’s never going out of fashion I’ll be wearing it in 10 years. The lilac knit is such good quality and a gorg colour it’s done me in the colder months as well as hotter. Great brand I can’t recommend enough.

OMG THE DRESS!!! Fits like a glove, I feel like the slinkiest and sleekest girl at the ball. Wore it to my friends wedding and I’ll be wearing it to other events to so my cost/ wear ratio means this was a bargain. Can’t wait to order more!

The quality is very good and delivery was quick. I’ve knocked a star off because I wish the free exchange option extended to outside UK too but I understand this is the cost of postage issue for them. I kept my items because they are beautiful but I maybe would have tried a different size due to my larger bust but all in all still a good experience and I would purchase again.

I purchased a gold necklace and earrings for my wife after she saw them on Facebook and she has worn them every day since. Happy wife happy life ; )

I have to say I’m reviewing because the customer service was so good and helpful. I made an incorrect order and they helped me to amend it so I got the right size to the right address. I feel like I was a nuisance but they were so helpful and cheery so thank you!

My order arrived in good time despite my mistake although I did have to return 2 items as they just did not suit me as I’m so broad. For the returns process I used the online way and went to the post office and the refund came through maybe a week or so later. All in all a good experience and I’m keeping an eye out for new dresses coming out! In the winter I will definitely be purchasing the striped jumper!!

The dresses I ordered were very beautiful and the quality was just gorgeous but I’m only 5ft 2 so I returned one and kept the other to get it altered because I’m so in love with it! They were both too long for me so I can only wear it if it’s altered because I’m so small 🤣 PLEASE do a petite collection!!

This was my first time trying this brand and I’m so happy with my summer dress, the tan one. Ordered after seeing an ad on IG which isn’t like me but I went for it and the quality is 10/10 and I feel truly amazing in it. The delivery was quick and Im usually a UK 10 so I ordered a 10 and it fits me well.

I am in love with this brands high low dresses! I got the tan one but I have big boobs for my size so the buttons were pulling so I used the free exchange option to go for a size up and it was a better fit.

I don’t have a printer and I have a broken leg at the minute so I asked could I have a QR code instead and customer service were able to arrange a collection from my house which was so helpful l!

I purchased 3 dresses and a necklace after seeing an ad on instagram which isn’t like me but the dresses were perfect for my summer holiday. The delivery was quick and they arrived in 2 days which was great as I left it a little close to my holiday. I got all the tracking updates by email from Royal Mail.

I kept 2 dresses and a necklace and returned 1 of the dresses. I had to email them as when I requested a return I didn’t get any further instructions but the email was in my junk folder which I didn’t think to check. Customer service helped me and I found the email anyway.

I had to pay to return the dress which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 and I feel like a Karen for doing that, sorry ladies but I do love the 2 dresses I kept!!

I ordered two gorgeous green dresses in two different sizes, super quick delivery couldn’t flaw it at all on that point. However, this is where it all starts to go wrong. I ordered a 12 and 14, the waist on both were exactly the same, but the lengths were different. Sad point number one. I returned both dress knowing neither of them fitted me. Unfortunately, never received a refund for two very expensive dress as they claim they were never received by HOD. Lost £150 which I will never to be ever again. They didn’t seem interested in sorting this situation out, which I think is bad show on them.

How can you support a small UK based businesses, if this is how you get treated.

Feedback - if you want items to be returned in such a particular way, then maybe a returns label should be included.

Great wedding dress guest dress, the quality is very good for an unknown brand to me. Returned one all fine.

After waiting for over 10 days, I decided to inquire about the whereabouts of my parcel. Much to my astonishment, I was informed that the order had been delivered 5 days prior. However, upon checking the Royal Mail tracking number 110D5596B99, it was evident that no delivery attempt had even been made. Despite this, they refused to issue a refund until I demanded proof of posting. In conclusion, it's crucial to request PROOF of POSTING once the order has been marked as dispatched.

Awful company - never got a refund even though item was tracked and signed for - so was returned. Company said they didn’t receive it.

So just lost out on £50 for a jumper and £4.95 postage!!

Update to say that the company have replied to say they have not got proof of return - I’ve sent photos of proof of return and I paid to have it tracked and signed for. Trust pilot approved this review as I had to send evidence.
