I contacted Jim Hart about trademarking my business name after seeing an excellent video that he'd posted on YouTube on that subject.

I was impressed by his communication style about the process, and the way he honestly managed my expectations on timing and potential obstacles. He and his staff kept me informed at each step. I'd wholeheartedly recommend working with this firm for trademarking and business law matters.

James and his team are extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind and so incredibly fast. No days without answers to correspondence, and more importantly they made what is usually an extremely stressful process, as painless and easy as they possibly could have.

A great experience! Jim provided excellent service and was very communicative throughout the entire process. He was very thorough and got our trademark filed in a very timely fashion. My business partner and I are very pleased with our decision to hire Jim for this crucial step in our business.

I discovered Jim through his YouTube videos, and if you haven't seen them, give them a look. Not only did they give me a sense of him personally, they gave me confidence that Jim was someone I could trust to help me through this process not just as a "do-er" but also as an educator. As Jim will surely attest, I often have questions to ensure I am properly understanding the implications of the decisions we are making. I really appreciate the patience Jim showed me during this process so far.

I am typically a DIY type person, but I felt like hiring Jim was the right move here, even though I could technically submit my own application to the USPTO. The biggest benefit to me was to understand the chances that my application would be accepted so I am not likely wasting time down the road redoing things. There also were some nuances I may have missed in the application process that Jim was able to point out, saving me further time.

The application is still going through the lengthy wait times at the USPTO, but so far so good. I have full confidence that Jim will help me effectively navigate this process so I can focus more on growing my business. Thanks Jim!
