Don't care about the local community.
Prior to any building commencing the developer was meant to have installed a pedestrian crossing. This was then delayed, but promised by the start of the new school term.
Now November and still no hint of it being completed.
Add into this the flooding due to the development being built on natural springs, disruption has been ongoing for ages.

Super slow developer. I hope they don’t go to your area as they have caused flooding, damage to local roads, pavements. You will also have traffic lights in the local area for months because they cannot quickly install a crossing. Hayfield - Hurry up and finish the development, fix the damage to roads and pavements and leave our village please…. And don’t come back.

Hayfield Homes have built a demonstrably ill fitting development in the Lavingtons in Wiltshire. It has been built in a field well known locally for the number of springs in it. The initial build phase caused appalling flooding. As part of the planning, the developers were committed to installing a traffic-light controlled pedestrian crossing across Lavington Lane.
They put this off, then started, then stopped having come up with some mealy-mouthed excuse about not knowing where the services were.

Lovely home in Southmoor but 4 years in and 4 kitchen unit doors blown (supplier gone bust) guttering leaking at joints in 2 places and leaking pipes. Plus slipped roof tiles. Previous house 30 years and not one problem. They don’t make them like they used to

I've been living in a Hayfield home for almost 2yrs now and I am just as happy now as I was the first time I viewed the property. Hayfield truly builds beautiful, quality homes. Their attention to detail during the building phase is only surpassed by the quality of care provided after purchase. T

We recently bought out first new build property at Hayfield Rise in West Lavington, Wiltshire. We visited the property a few times before purchasing it and had good phone and email communication from Angela in between the visits. Angela was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable on each occasion. She was also very patient as it
took us a while to finally decide which property was right for us! Having decided on the lovely Bourton home, we are now being looked after by Hannah who manages the after care. Hannah is also friendly and approachable and it has been so beneficial to have Hannah on hand to help us with any thing we were unsure of. She is also very quick to respond to messages and communicates well to ensure we know what's going on.
Overall, our experience of buying a new house so far has been excellent and we would definitely recommend the company to potential buyers.

The Sales Development Manager called Claire was professional & knowledgeable. She always kept in touch with us, following up on all of our queries. The Hayfield site in Little Kimble, Bucks was impressive and the build quality was exceptional. Our only criticism regarding the Hanwell: we felt the lounge was too small for us.

Luke is an absolute asset to Hayfield as he has gone above and beyond ensuring that any issues raised have been resolved within a timely manner. As a family, we really appreciate his excellent customer service and genuine caring approach. Thank you!

Hazel and Katy (sales team) set the tone for my review; their indepth knowledge, professionalism, and friendly personalities made the purchase of my new home a pleasure and as stress free as a house purchase can be.
Maddie then picked up the case once I had paid my reservation fee. She had the hardest job of all; I was in a long chain and there were several hurdles and challenges along the way. At one point the chain nearly collapsed but Maddie's tenacity brought everything back on track and the purchase completed successfully.
On moving in day Luke greeted me at my front door with a set of keys - I was so excited! I moved in and began my new life at Hayfield Park Bromham. I've been here 2 months and in that time only minor snags have been identified. Luke got them rectified quickly and with zero fuss. Hayfield Patk pride themselves on customer care (it's their USP) and they really do deliver that. Luke had been, and continues to be a brilliant development manager, juggling many requests and enquiries, and somehow keeping everyone happy! Top notch build quality and interiors by the way. If I could afford a second home it would be on a Hayfield Park development. Other developers take note: THIS is how you do it.

It may be early on in the process of buying our new build at Hayfield lodge but its quite apparent that both Sam & Kirstie are going to be great to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful and making the whole process as easy as possible definitely an asset to Hayfield Homes.

We recently bought our first home with Hayfield, and we have been really impressed with the staff and how they have made the whole process so stress-free and easy.

At the beginning of our search, Claire and Suzanna were really friendly, attentive and helpful. Luke, our customer care manager, has been extremely efficient and professional. Whenever we have had an issue/query, Luke has replied quickly and organised for it be resolved as soon as possible.

I recently purchased a home from Hayfield, and my experience with them has been nothing short of exceptional.

From the very beginning, Samantha and Kirsty made the process of buying my first home seamless and stress-free. Their support and professionalism were evident from start to finish, right through to the handover.

Since moving in, Luke, my Customer Care Coordinator, has been incredibly responsive and attentive. He has addressed every issue I’ve raised promptly and thoroughly, no matter how small the request. His commitment to ensuring everything is perfect has made the entire experience even better.

We moved in just a week ago and while, as with all house purchases there were a couple of issues along the way, these were handled without fuss or bother by the guys at Hayfield (Bromham).

I employed a professional snagger to QA the build and was pleased when the report found only minor or cosmetic issues, most of which are now fixed, with the remainder in hand

The after sales team have been especially helpful and have always gone above and beyond to makes things happen

I’d happily buy another Hayfield, though going to make the most of the current one first!

We visited the showhouse in Bromham and were very impressed with the design, quality and attention to detail of Hayfield Homes. The sales team of Francisco and then Katy and Hazel were very attentive, helpful and supportive throughout our house purchase.
The after sales care has exceeded our expectations. Luke our Customer Care Manager has addressed and managed all snags. All the trades has attended and completed works to a very high standard.
We would have no hesitation recommending Hayfield Homes.

I have to say that my experience of buying a Hayfield Home has been far from satisfactory ever since we moved in 2021. When we moved in the heating and hot water did not work and there have been a succession of snagging issues. Now we are moving to a different area I have found out that the Land Registry have removed our registration and my solicitors have been trying for over three months to get Hayfield to amend two small documents to correct the issue. They tell me they have done it but my solicitors keep saying that they haven't done anything and it is affecting my sale.

Very impressed with the whole experience of purchasing a Hayfield home. The team within the sales office were very responsive and provided excellent service on our many visits to the site. Snagging issues have been dealt with promptly & Luke the customer car co-ordinator has been very hands on since the day we moved into our new home. Highly recommended.

From the moment we first set foot inside a Hayfield home, we knew we had to have one! Beautiful homes, with great details throughout, built to a high standard. Customer service throughout has been fantastic, with Katy and Hazel guiding us through the sales process, and Luke taking care of after-sales care. We've been in for almost 3 weeks now and have loved every second.

We moved into our Hayfield house in Hallow in December 2023. Hannah gave us a warm welcome. Since then, Hannah has been consistently helpful and responsive to our requests and queries. She is a good communicator with a warm and friendly manner whilst being always professional. She has given us clear explanations about how everything works in the house. Great company, excellent customer service!

We recently moved in to a bungalow on the Hayfield Bromham site. Katy was very helpful on the sales related issues including support with the processing of some of the legal documentation.

During the build Luke kept us well informed with regular progress reports and site visits. And since moving in he has been very helpful with the resolution of the snagging issues.
