I have just completed a booking with Ruby at the Aldridge Branch of Hays Travel and it has been a very good experience. Ruby has provided excellent service and has been very patient with questions and changes made to my enquiry and subsequent booking. We wanted a 7-day holiday in Ciutadella de Menorca centred around a wedding date of Sat12th Sept. Due to our personal circumstances, we had left the booking very late, and the hotel where the rest of of the family were staying had sold out, as had all the other similar priced hotels in Ciuetadella. But after another 90 minutes of discussions, searches, and computer glitches, the Hayes Rep, Ruby, found something suitable for us within a 15/20 minute taxi ride, and located on a beach. So happy with the outcome. All we need now is for fine weather and the bride to turn up on time. ;-)

Made me laugh as I explained I had booked the particular tour as it visits the Ashram in Rishikesh where The Beatles composed the White Album , the young employee said 'oh I know one of the Beatles .....George ...George ...Michael .' Bless her! She is now going to read up !
