As usual all staff were courteous, knowledgeable and approachable. I have been using the Alexandria Branch for many years now and would not use any other places to book my holidays.

The whole experience was very good I knew what I wanted & where I wanted to go & said to the girl, she only took about 10 minutes to sort the whole holiday out to exactly what I wanted so I have no complaints everything was bang on
