She’s attentive, knowledgeable and gets the very best deals she can for.
Even when I was aboard on my first holiday she took the trouble to text and ask if everything was ok.

Fantastic!! Ami has booked another amazing holiday for us. From cruising the Caribbean to golfing in Turkey. Far away places or just chilling on a short break. Nothing is ever too much trouble. She is extremely knowledgeable, always answers all our questions and sorts everything out for us. Would never use anyone else.

We have used Ami for all our holidays over the last few years and she is just brilliant. So friendly and upbeat. It doesn’t seem to matter if we go to her with a specific request with a destination and a preferred hotel or go in completely blind with no idea she hits the bread everytime! From Turkey All inclusive, Greek island hopping, skiing and cycling in Majorca she gets it on point everytime! We are so greatful for all she does for us - Thanks Ami!

Honestly people please use Ami! She is amazing! She gets great deals, finds some amazing hotels!, always gets better or the same price deals I’ve found but with perks, so easy to talk too and the main thing for me she is always available and always replies to you so quickly. I have used Ami now and good few times I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Ami is always on hand to answer any queries or requests. We wouldn’t get to have the holidays we do if it wasn’t for Ami’s hard work in arranging disabled access etc. Ami takes away all the stress for me and my husband and we do t have to worry about anything. I highly recommend Ami to all that we know.

Ami was great at ensuring that we had talked through everything and was happy with the booking. We told her what we wanted and she found us the perfect holiday for my 70th! Honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to help us both she had a good insight and information to aid in making our bookings easy!

Ami was very good at considering our particular requests, issues, requirements, suggestions etc, flexing her thoughts as we changed ours. Always able to either directly answer our questions or find a source who could.
Set good expectations on time it would take to get a package together and when we wanted to clarify the detail, was able to do so.

Professional friendly service

We have booked through Ami twice now, she is always so cheerful and helpful, she has a breadth of knowledge, will take the time to speak to you and get a full idea of what you are looking for in your trip. Ami gave us plenty of options and variations and fed back after every new search, nothing felt forced at all and she was able to answer or get an answer for all our queries. We were upgraded on our last holiday and can't wait to go on our next trip which Ami booked for us.

I was very dubious about using an online Hays representative and even more so when it came to making payment. However, I cannot rate Ami highly enough. As someone who hates booking holidays and finds booking them a minefield, Ami did all the hardwork for me. She knew the finer details that I would never have thought of and always replied to my emails promptly. I will definitely be letting Ami book out holidays in future!
