The staff were very helpful especially at explaining things we didn’t understand, as it had been some time from we had flown. We were able to fly on the dates we had chosen.

Mia in Hayes Amagh was brilliant!!
She was quick at getting back to my emails and listened to all my requests. She was also good at recommending changes that would make our holiday even better.
