I rang about a Rory Group Travel trip…
I rang about a Rory Group Travel trip to China, and I spoke to Daniel. He said the trip was fully booked but advised of me of an earlier China trip that still had availability. He answered all my questions, emailed me the offer and then booked the trip for me. Very helpful, friendly and painless. Maureen
