Booking was fine.
Booking was fine, Madison was very helpful and we achieved what we wanted. We paid in full. This morning I received your booklet the rear of which is a voucher for £120, is it too late to redeem this discount.

Excellent service

Fantastic Friendly Service
Angela is great - we had seen a holiday advertised, but by the time we went in to book, it was no longer available. She looked at what was originally on offer and then found very similar options, but also asked us what we we really hoping for - and came up with better solutions that what we had originally planned on booking. Great service and very friendly too.

Nearly always book with Hays because we like the personal touch which makes questions easy and straightforward. Also staff are knowledgeable didn’t have any clue where to go but no problem soon sorted !
