Polite and welcoming staff as soon as you arrive. Very helpful checking what we wanted at the hotel was what we wanted. Efficient and quick.

Booked our 4th cruise with Hays Travel Bexleyheath,always hassle free,agent Claire was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and she thoroughly explored all the options to make sure we have a perfect holiday.

Sam could not have been more helpful. We gave her our list of wants and don’t wants last week and she came up trumps this week. Lovely girl.

It was great book with hays we use hays every year, and every time it is great, they have lots of time to help you find the best holiday with the best deal, nothing is to problematic and try and find exactly what you want for all people travelling.

I've been using Katrina for many years, and I wouldn't book with anyone else. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and she always takes the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how big or small.

Katrina is friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make the whole booking process easy and stress-free. Her customer service is outstanding, and I always feel confident knowing everything is taken care of.

We always go to book our holidays with Samantha as she knows what we are looking for she is very friendly and helpful can’t fault her
