Fantastic as always, wouldn’t go anywhere else to book a holiday.
Charlotte and the staff at the billingham branch were great and found us exactly what we wanted, did lots of searching to make sure if was the right place right price and right flight times, couldn’t ask for more

The staff in office are always a pleasure and sort my holidays out, I just mail them dates and breif and the always find me something suitable 😀

Great customer service & really friendly, the team member checked on the computer for things that I didn't want & she really was very helpful 👍

Its always a good experiance when we book at Hays as staff are friendly and always manage to book what you are lookimg for at a good price if they can in particular we often use Atherlie who is very good and knows what we like and when one returns from a holiday always get asked by email to drop in and let them know how our holiday went the staff are always intrested!

Very quick & straight forward too book our holiday. Quickly followed by confirmation call & email. Amanda was super helpful & polite too.

Staff very welcoming in the Billingham store. Atherlie was the lady we dealt with and she was very helpful and patient with us as we were deciding on a holiday. The booking process was very simple.

We traveled to Cyprus from Newcastle and everything was planned and set out for me like a military plan. Everything went so smooth. All I had to do was get to the airport. The Hays staff in Billingham were, as I’ve come to know, on the ball. The hotel in Pahos was outstanding and would certainly recommend it. All in all a fantastic holiday.

Our experience with Hays Travel in Billingham over many years has been second to none. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful and we have always been delighted with the arrangements they have made on our behalf. I always recommend them to friends and family. 5-star service every time.
