Hays Travel - Bitterne レビュー 

I am extremely disappointed with Hays Travel. I wanted to use Click & Collect online for €2,000, but their system does not allow a "pay cash on collection" option. When I went to the Bitterne branch (Southampton), the staff member Joanne tried to rip me off. First, she quoted an astronomical price. When I complained, she lowered it but lied straight to my face, claiming the online rate was lower than it actually was (another colleague later confirmed she lied).To make matters worse, my partner called the branch later, and a staff member explicitly promised an online Price Match over the phone. When I returned to the shop, they backtracked, changed their stories, and refused to honor their word.I escalated this to Head Office (Order: 1002052038), but "Lucy" from Customer Services sent a generic copy-paste refusal, ignoring the fact that their staff lied and broke a verbal agreement. They don't care about customer satisfaction or honesty. Avoid this company at all costs! They cost me £44.76 due to their system errors and deceptive practices.

Every time we go to our Hays travel in Bitterne we get fabulous service from all the staff.We especially appreciate the efforts of Margi who always comes up trumps when we are looking for a new resort or destination.

It's always nice to pop into the bitterne travel shop. Staff always very friendly and polite.
We saw Margie who helped us with our holiday and gave all information clearly.
We're hoping the hotel we have chosen will be as nice as it looks.

Was easy and quick to confirm and pay and I had all paperwork printed off for me.

Went to mexico for our 40rh wedding anniversary. Decided to support local company who saved many jobs when they bought Thomas cook. Never again. They don't know what they are doing. Told us yes we check you in.... Then flight moved from Sunday to Monday... Oh we are shut Sunday... Can't do it. You can go into town to do it. Paid for fast track through security....guess what....it was closed at 5am
Surely they should have known this !!!! Never offered us priority choice. Will book direct next time.. oh yes... We paid £4 for currency buyback and they didn't implement it. I went back 3 weeks later and questioned.. tough they said. 2 hours later they called me and said.. sorry our fault... Come and collect your £12... Very poor.. staff don't seem to know anything...
When I asked to speak to person who sold us holiday.. I was told .. oh she has left and now works at another place... Turns up that wasn't correct neither(Bitterne Branch)

Went into Hayes travel Bitterne were I always go the young girl that help me was extremely helpful polite and very professional so much so we booked again 😊

One word FANTASTIC

Margaret who dealt with me at HAYES Bitterne as usual was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable about the holiday I was booking. HAYES as usual first class service.

Friendy approachable staff namely Marg and Megan who d/w my enquiry in a professional manner.

As a result we found the perfect mini break in Berlin at a very competitive price.

Very helpful staff (Lilly), helped us find our holiday . Talked us through options available. All staff at Bitterne were very helpful with suggestions and advice.

Amazing - I originally had one lady (Margi) dealing with my request who was so helpful sent me everything I could ask for. When I went back with more questions another lady (Lily) picked up my query as the Margi was on holiday and we were constantly back and fourth by email as I kept changing my mind or asking for things to be added on but nothing was to much trouble and they were brilliant. Once my holiday was booked most places just leave you too it and figure it out but I had to email as I needed help with the app and paying some of the holiday off and Tayha was more than happy to help and go through how to do this with me. I would be looking to go back to Hays Bitterne to book another holiday 100%
