The staff was very kind and friendly and answered any questions we had we always book with hays travel

We went to collect our boarding passes for September holiday and everything was ready to collect. We decided to look for a break to celebrate our 40thwedding anniversary next may. Hayley was very efficient and helpful in finding a holiday which suited our needs so we booked. Hayley gave us lots of useful information about the hotel and travel requirements to travel to Venice as it's not a straightforward transfer as we need to use the water taxi's to get over to Venice from the airport, which we are very grateful for. We are looking forward to our adventure to come

Friendly helpful staff and got me a great price

Hayley from the Bulwell store was amazing. I spoke to her on the phone beforehand as I was interested in a couple of holidays. I am not good with technology and she made everything plain sailing. Very polite, professional and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be booking with hays travel again. Thank you for a great experience Hayley.
