The staff at hays travel are so friendly and helpfull when I booked my holidays,they arranged everything to make this first time experience for my grandson as enjoyable and easy for him to cope with as he has autism. I will always book through them again.

Helpful and friendly staff made our visit so easy. During our visit we asked the agent to look at several different destinations, flight times, and hotels, none of which was too much trouble for her. We eventually booked 1 week in Tenerife. The booking process was completed quite quickly without any issues and even a reminder before we left to bring in our passports and also to let us know they will contact us 2 weeks before we fly regarding our boarding passes

Amanda was very helpful, listened to our needs and tailored holidays to suit. When I later found another three holidays to check she bettered the price I had found online
