This is our 2nd time of booking a holiday with Hays so we knew wed be looked after well. Erin was our guide and she was so patient with us. Nothing too much trouble. She got us the information we needed and contacted us via email and phone. We visited the Crosby branch and she explained everything we needed for our city break.

Booked my 3rd holiday with Nicole this week. As usual I am quite fussy and ask her to try a few hotels and get a few prices for me. She always does this with patience and comes back to me quickly and efficiently. Such a lovely friendly and helpful person. Makes booking my holiday so easy and less stressful.
