Very helpful and pleasant assistant sorted everything out very quickly and efficiently but I use the shop in Cumbernauld at least three times a year .

We booked our first cruise through Hays and Sandra, their cruise expert was brilliant. I had so many questions and she was very patient as I’m sure she must’ve been fed up with all the emails! We enjoyed the cruise that much that we booked another one with Sandra yesterday. All the staff in the Cumbernauld branch are lovely and so helpful. Would definitely recommend them.
