Booking our holiday with Kimberly at the Dalton Park branch was so easy. She was so helpful every step of the way and explained everything so well.I found the whole experience excellent and couldn't find fault with anything.

Kim was amazing! She helped us book a fab package very quickly and easily and helped us make better changes to the package and even managed to get us a good discount too. Very impressed with our service

Caitlin listened carefully to our requirements, and booked our holiday with a lovely positive attitude. We were given plenty of time to consider our options, and we given great advice, with input and help from another agent as well. I always feel well looked after by Hays Travel and their knowledgeable staff.

The service we received Caitlin was exceptional nothing was too much trouble she went above and beyond to find us the best deals and choices we could get. She answered all our questions and went out of her way to find the information she didn’t have herself couldn’t of asked for a better service from her. Would highly recommend Caitlin and Hayes to anyone.

Caitlin was amazing at the Dalton Park branch she gave great advice and supported us to book a cruise for my mams 70th birthday. The full experience was so easy, she took all the worry off our hands Thanks again 5 star services.
