Having used the Dunfermline store on several occasions now it was the first place to go after deciding I needed a holiday, the staff are very friendly,helpful, and know what they are talking about, the store is very clean and tidy and I'll be there again in the future no doubt.

This was the first time I'd actually been to a travel agent, and your staff member made the process of booking a holiday very easy.
Your colleague was very helpful, was able to answer my questions clearly and talked me through the process.
They discussed all the options available with me, and I never felt I was being sold anything I didn't need.
I was very happy to book my holiday with you due to the excellent service I received, and I will not hesitate to recommend your company to my friends.

Excellent Service at the Dunfermline branch of Hays Travel

Not only did they beat the deal we had been looking for, but got better flight times and luggage allowance in too. Excellent efficient service! I’m quite guilty of booking holidays myself online but will definitely be going to Hays travel moving forward!
