Extremely knowledgeable re hotel amenities and the location location of the hotel

Everything was discussed in detail and all questions answered. Fiona goes that extra mile to make sure your holiday goes smoothly and any extras such as wheelchair assistance, booking extra leg room seats for a passenger with a disability. Fiona prints all the tickets and presents them in individual envelopes. Highly recommended, wouldn't go any where else always good value for money. Thank You.
