I have known Jake for a number of years and approached him for advice on Universal Tickets/Accommodation. Despite me constantly changing my mind and requirements (yeah one of those 'customers') Jake remained pleasant and welcoming. Jake also was making relevant suggestions and not just selling anything so he could make a commission.
