This is the 3rd time booking with Kerry at hays travel. Couldn’t be happier with her thorough knowledge and suggestions throughout the process. She makes it more fun than most!

Amazing service as usual from Kerry. We would not go through anyone else. She is so professional and polite. She is a credit to Hays Travel.

Everything was done for us as a family all we had to do was pay the deposit Kerry has been fantastic it’s a big family holiday that we needed advice on snd she was amazing

Since this review was published Kerry contacted me and resolved my issue most professionally as always. She provides an excellent service and is highly recommended.
Hays are currently promoting their prepaid travel card with the promise of a complimentary £15 if £500 is loaded onto the card initially. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for this to happen but it has not. Misleading and disappointing from a company I have had positive experiences with previously.I was initially told it would be added in 2 or 3 days. When that didn't happen,I was told 10 working days. Their response to this review said 30 days! Very unsatisfactory management of the promotion.
