Great experience
I dealt with Libby Rodde and she was great. She answered any questions I had and made the booking process easy. I am now looking forward to my holiday and if in future I see another holiday that interests us as a family I would contact Libby again

Exceptional service from Libby
Really easy to book with Hays, in particular Libby was amazing. She understood our needs and was able to find us the perfect getaway within a few hours of asking her.
She took the hassle out of booking and made the process simple.
She was polite and informed me about everything I needed to know and explained the small details that I might have missed if booking myself online.
Will definitely be returning to her again for our next holiday.

Great service, will deffo book again
I messaged Libby with my details and my budget, she replied and sent me a number of holidays through to have a look at.
I done the same to a number of Hays travel people and the service was jot great. They just wanted to know where I was going and to book it.
Libby was always a message away and replied pretty fast.
Although jet2 was a little cheaper I'd rather book with an independent travel adviser like Libby.

I booked a holiday with Libby last…
I booked a holiday with Libby last night, it was really easy booking as she had all my details from previous booking with her mum Michelle. Libby also did this after tea time which was brilliant of her, so I didn’t have to wait until the next day and risk it selling out. 5⭐️ service will be booking all my holidays through these lovely ladies xxx
