I’ve used hays for about 20years and if I’ve ever had any problems it’s always been sorted by excellent staff .

We decided we wanted to join our son and daughter in law on a P&O cruise in October but they had booked ages ago so we weren't hopeful that it could be done but Hayes pulled the rabbit out of the bag and not only got us on it but managed to get us next door to them.
