Russ displayed extraordinary patience with our various communications, included constant destination changes, types of holiday etc etc. The service we received was nothing less than friendly, efficient, professional and courteous.
The booking process was handled speedily and efficiently. We were very pleased with the service we received and would have no hesitation in recommending Hay's Travel in Totnes, Devon.

Friendly and efficient
We received a friendly welcome, were attended to immediately and all our initial enquiries were answered. We declined a follow up call from them and this was respected. We went away to consider our choices including other companies. We phoned the following day with a few questions which were answered and emailed very quickly. We decided to book and that was dealt with efficiently.
