Most helpful and made our enquiry about a holiday easy!

Went in on the spur of the moment to book a last minute break.....had no idea where we wanted to go just knew where we didnt want to go.Laura was very patient and helpful and found us a good deal to Crete. Always find the staff in Hays Liscard very helpful would definitely recommend.

The lady that helped with our booking was so help she could not off done more she pointed out some places off interest
Also told us about accommodation which we never knew about she made the booking for a large family group easy

Travel agent was very helpful and found the holiday we were interested in quickly. She explained all the details and gave useful information about the momey travel card. She was very pleasant and friendly.

As usual brilliant customer service, wouldn’t go anywhere else to book a holiday.

Our family loves the way we can just walk in store with a holiday in mind and in the space of twenty minutes we’ve had some good honest genuine advice and have booked a holiday
We have been dealt with on various occasions by every member of staff in the Liscard branch and they are all a pleasure to deal with

The staff are always amiable and make an effort to get the holiday I require. Mollie was really nice and provided plenty of options and advice where necessary. Thanks to all the staff over many years for their help. Just wish holidays could be cheaper ha ha.

Laura was wonderful, she was incredibly helpful and informative about all the holidays we looked at and did her absolute best to bag us a bargain. I was very happy with the holiday she found for us and would happily recommend her and hays travel to anyone.

been goin to hays wallasey for many years an always been looked after an yesterday was no different an Amy was very polite an listened to our wishes especially as i had had an small operation 4 weeks ago,was ok now an wanted to plan a cruise for 2027 asap.

Friendly professional and knowledgeable service

I love Hays travel Wallasey. I have been booking holidays with them for years. I recently booked my own online and to be honest when my partner and I decided to book another I grabbed my car keys and headed to Wallasey.
The girls get so involved and as they deal with everything we can just sit back and look forward to the holiday rather than stressing if we have covered everything.
