Attemded a course in Birmingham. The trainer was apparently replaced at short notice and the women who turned up was spectacularly unable to take this course. She flipped over most of the learning materials stating “we don’t need to do this or you probably know this) when it was evident that the issue was that she had no clue about the content. CPR teaching was terrible, supposedly qualified nurses were using masks upside down and she thought this was fine. No one was corrected. She knew of no contraindications and made a point repeatedly to tell us that cpr is useless and most people die anyway so doing it makes little sense - which is against everything that should be taught in 2025. I would advise everyone to save their money - all this course did was turn out dangerous practitioners. Due to hardly any of the course being covered we were out ridiculously early. I can honestly say I learned nothing except that I will never employ anyone trained by these muppets. These people are all qualifying for private healthcare - the nhs would never allow such terrible and dangerous training to be part of their curriculum. Course date 12/11/ 2024

There is no doubt this is the same company. As for further details - I submitted my after course comment form at the time - there was no interest in quality until this was made public.

The course was exceptional the way the trainer executed the lesson made me understand my role and l can apply it in my day to day job

Coverage of employment mandatory training modules by an experienced trainer in a very effective efficient way. Keeps participants interested, engaged, encouraging participation and questions. Plenty of opportunities for practice. Highly recommended.

The resource person knows the topics, the place is comfortable , equipments are handy and coffee were offered that makes me at least not feeling cold.

Kevin is an amazing trainer. It was a very interactive and educational session. Everyone felt at ease and Kevin encouraged all of us to take part. He kept it very entertaining and not boring at all.
