Just started a course with health academy Australia.
The amount of help is awesome.

Great experience and response received till now. Waiting for my package and excited to learn new things with the help of Health Academy of Australia.

After having a few concerns regarding paper work for my course, I had a conversation with Nicole and I now understand these are government requirements. I found her to be very friendly and knowledgeable and I'm glad I have proceed with this course.

I have only been studying for a short time but I am really satisfied with the online naturopathy course, it's a lot more in depth than I imagined which is great. The support is excellent and the payment plans are really good too. The self paced learning is so helpful as a full time mum because it is really flexible study hours (no fixed classes) so you can do as little or as much as you can when you can.

Hopefully my experience continues to be a very positive one.

No support. Difficult online portal navigation for users. Poorly worded instructions and high cost.

I have recently completed the Diploma of Counselling. Once I learnt to navigate the online materials I found it very interesting and informative.

The difference for me was my tutor, Leonie. She was so experienced, personable and tutored at my level. I felt nothing but supported. Our Zoom sessions were always full of laughs and understanding.

My only reason for four stars is that at times the course could seem to cover the same areas, though that is how the Federal Government wants it.

This was a quick and simple process. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and cheerful. The online experience and course materials are great.

Studied a Diploma of Counselling. This has been one of the best learning experiences I have had and I have thoroughly enjoyed the course. The staff are fantastic and prompt with questions and responses. I have enjoyed learning from the tutor's and this course has been a great pathway for myself to then continue my studies into the Bachelor of Social Work degree as a 2nd year student. I highly recommend doing this course through Health Academy Australia.

Excellent customer service. Easy to navigate, instructions very clear

I chose the relationship course which is sooooo boring, I cannot even be bothered to complete it, even though I have to.

The weekly payment plan also ha a big mark up that I didn't spot so I would avoid this way of paying.

Really enjoying the course so far, the Facebook group is very helpful, great people and useful content. The reading material is straight forward and easy to understand.

Everything that happened to me making that 1st phone call was easy. The staff have been friendly and supporting with all my questions. Signing up and starting was simple and straight forward. Now I just have to start on my path to a new career.

As a VERY mature student who has never done online study before I found it to be a little bit of a daunting experience. But I'm sure I'll catch on as we go.

Student support are so very helpful and the tutors are happy to help you in any way they can.

Everything from the enquires about the units to the difference between certain ones were responded to in a quick and detailed manner. The sign up process was explained and the course layout of incredible and easy to follow.

A great price for a counselling certificate, with access to excellent counselling professionals.
