Very dependable and when I order, I receive my product quickly. I get Pro T Gold and I only buy from Healthy Kin. I use this to help my knees as I couldn’t squat before and know I can.

First of all, the product is EXCELLENT. ( for a broken toe, it’s really helping a lot ). Secondly the price was surprisingly more than reasonable, and last . . . But definitely not least, the delivery time was unbelievably short. Thank you for great customer service. Linda J.

I recently bought 2 Ecolab revitalizing skin lotions from Healthy Kin. I love the lotion. Not greasy and feels so light on your skin. Although packed in a ziploc like bag when shipped, the lid had become loose on the lotion and the lotion was all over in the bag. I emailed Healthy Kin to make them aware so they could perhaps ship it differently. Very quickly I recieved a reply that they would reship 2 more bottles of lotion along with an apology. Wow! What great customer service!

Be very careful when returning items to this company. They promise refunds within a certain timeframe, but in my experience, those promises are not honored. My return was delivered a month ago, and I still have not received my refund or any clear update.

If you buy from them, make sure to closely track your return and follow up consistently. Don’t assume the process will happen as stated — you may need to push to get your money back.

I ordered a skin cleanser on 3/7 and didn't realize I had not received it until 3/28, even though FedEx said the item had been shipped. I sent an email to sales inquiries on Saturday 3/28 and received a reply within a few hours with an apology for the delay and I received a replacement shipment two days later.
