Outstanding Customer Service

Healthy Kin offers hospital grade medical supplies that retail pharmacies do not provide. I did have an issue with UPS not delivering one order but Dan in customer service assisted me promptly and we resolved the issue.

The elastic material was extremely "thin"

The elastic material was extremely "thin" compared to other brands (in truth more expensive brands, but there is a tradeoff between cost and quality). I bought a package of 10 bandages. Two or three of a more expensive brand would probably last as long or longer than the bandages I received. Price and longevity have to be compared and I'll go with a more expensive brand in future.

My foot night splint for my plantar…

My foot night splint for my plantar fasciitis came very quickly and was as I expected. It's easy to put on and the size was correct based on my shoe size. It is easy to sleep with - there is no problem and I am a side sleeper. It is just too soon to say if it is helping my plantar fasciitis yet. But it seems to be.
