Since Heiress Beverly Hills will not publish negative reviews on their website, I am here to tell you to PLEASE save your money and do not buy anything from this company. This is cheap fashion marked up a ridiculous amount, with extremely rude customer service and a non-existent return policy (because they know their quality is awful and they don't want you to be able to return it). The company pays influencers or gifts them product to wear for free and it's so obvious, though they disclose that they do not. This is dishonest, deceptive marketing. They also write fake reviews on their website and third-party ones such as this - if you take a closer look at their site, it's pretty obvious that the majority of positive reviews are not real. The quality of the clothing aside, it's egregious that their modus operandum is one of lies, deceit, and falsely plumping up their brand to look more exclusive and higher-quality than it actually is. Save your money! If you are going to spend over $100 on a piece of clothing, I beg you to go to a legit retailer!

I made a purchase from your clothing store a week ago , and I paid express shipping ( 3 business days ) which was meant to arrive in Australia like yesterday . I contacted UPS and they had told me that your shipping team had two options when sending out the parcel with UPS Quick delivery - which would arrive in 3 business days to Australia which I paid for and Standard delivery which is an innovation which your team PICKED ! For 7-14 business days which means I paid extra for nothing !!!! Is there a possible way to resolve this because paying an extra $100 for express delivery and not actually receiving that service sounds like a huge Rip Off !

The x-small was big on me so I wish I got the xxsmall. Other than that I absolutely love the dress, find the quality to be wayyyy better than what would you find on amazon (not sure what the other reviews are talking about).

I've worn it a few times and receive at least 5 compliments every time.

Their return policy does suck so be sure you want to buy before making the purchase.

Don't buy from here They pretend to make a shipping label and never send the product. Lack of integrity and just a Chinese manufacturer likely dropshipping

You may as well buy your dresses from wish, it'll be the exact same. Spent $300 on some dresses that looked nothing like the pictures and had no customer support at all. They take your money and then leave you on your own to figure everything out!!! Awful Business.

High prices, for budget poor SHEIN quality. Stay well clear!!! Customer service doesn't exist, and trying to return your items, but not being able to when they've clearly been worn and STINK is unacceptable.

First of all , THEIR SIZING IS OFF!! Cheap materials too, SHEIN or amazon have better quality! They will NOT OFFER A REFUND!! Only store credit even if it doesn’t fit you!!
The clothes are literally sooo thin, so cheaply made and to top that if you want to RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEMS U HAVE TO PAY $10-$12 shipping!!!
Its a poor poor scam clothing brand that shouldn’t exist!!

I ordered a dress for my birthday over a month in advance, which seemed like adequate time for returns if anything went wrong. The dress ended up coming 12 days after I ordered it although it was supposed to be 3-5. I understand shipping may be out of their hands, but their tracker showed that it was sitting at their facility for an extended period of time and when I inquired about the shipment status, a customer service rep took over a week to respond to me. Because the shipment took longer than anticipated, I was actually out of town when it arrived. WELL, their return policy is that the dress must be returned 14 days after purchase to receive store credit/exchange. On day 14 I tried on the dress and it was a smidge too small. Actually, I really liked the quality and felt like it was still the perfect birthday dress, so I sent an email explaining the situation and asked for assistance exchanging it since their portal blocked me from doing so after the 14th day. They responded by sending me to the same portal, completely missing the message. I emailed back saying that it didn't work and that I was requesting something like a one time code to exchange. At this point, my birthday was near and I ended up just cutting the tag and wearing the dress, adjusting it all night. A few days after my birthday they emailed back saying they would allow an exchange for this special circumstance but only if the tag was still on...

EDIT: They responded to this comment by saying the return period is 14 days from delivery but per their website, "For orders in the US, we offer store credit and exchanges within a 14 day period of your PURCHASE. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a store credit or exchange."

I ordered a corset from Heiress Beverly Hills, and it was very poor quality. I wore the corset because I didn’t realize the quality of it until I actually had it on and was gone for the evening. The corset did not support me and bulged out, making my body look disfigured. I voiced my concern to the company and even sent pictures of the poor quality of the corset and they refused to give me a refund. Do not purchase from this company they do not value their customers.

Never again. Spent $280 on a dress with expedited shipping and their customer support won’t reply back to any of my emails. This company is a fraud. Never again will I order or would I recommend this to anyone.

BEWARE POOR QUALITY EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Upon receiving the dress the quality appeared to be excellent as well as the packaging, I was at first quite impressed! The dress was heavily marketed on social media as "the dress" for one's 21st. The problem arose when my daughter attempted to wear it out for the first time at her 21st birthday celebration. The very first time she sat down the straps broke. We followed the size guide and she was, in fact, in the correct size. I am very disappointed as her celebration was marred by this experience. Instead of celebrating at the rooftop bar watching the sunset as planned, my daughter was in her hotel room desperately trying to salvage the dress and temporarily stitch the strap back on. This was in fact futile because the remaining straps proceeded to fall apart!. I included multiple pictures of the dress for customer service to review. The customer service response was … the tag was removed we cant accept return. They do not stand by their product, which they grossly market on social media as "high quality fabrics and construction, with a fit so good, that it feels custom made, just for you." It falls apart, its poor made FAST fashion! They offered to fix it... Why would anyone trust a repair after such poor quality initially! After reading several reviews on this site, (which I wish I had seen in advance) several others have returned item at THEIR own expense with equally poor outcomes! DO NOT I repeat DO NOT purchase from this company The quality is unacceptable and falls apart. I have seen on this site several other complaints of the exact same problem with this dress falling apart! I implore you to NOT waste your time purchasing anything from this company! Go to Revolve they stand by their products and have exceptional customer service! I will be reporting this to BBB as well as posting on social media so future customers are not victims of this company.

The material is very bad, I ordered a dress that was over £100 and everything went wrong, the sequins were loose , the material is itchy and the dress showed on the website that it was a champagne colour and it came in a blush pink colour, and also because the material was so itchy my skin started to flare up

Hey im writin here because i didnt get what i paid for twice and when i write to Them they dont answer me and they have blocked my e-mail and insta no respons at all it's been 5 days now i have never tried This before i lost alot ov money on This for something i never recieved. Please You guys be carefull with This side they have stolen my money!

Absolutely awful store. DO NOT BUY From here. Not only it is highly overpriced for the cheap crap you are getting. You are risking never get your money back or worth of anything at all. This is a huge scam. One of the orders came in and it was straight out of a sweatshop. Made so cheaply and ugly, your grandmom will cry. The customer service will reply to your email maybe once a week if you are lucky, and they will never ship the stuff to you. Another order still did not make it, over a month later. They told me they forgot to ship, now it is out of stock. I am reporting this to consumer affairs and to my bank. I am Done here.
