Bestellung am 17 Juni abgegeben und nach über zwei Wochen immer noch nichts erhalten. Bei Kontaktaufnahme keine Rückmeldung. Einfach nur ärgerlich.

I ordered a hotspot, a cable and 3 masts. Delivery time was OK. The box was missing 2 masts, which I immediately reported. They replied a few days later that the masts had been refunded. I answered them that I still need the remaining 2 masts so I would prefer having them delivered instead of refunded. It has been 10 days, still waiting for reply. I don’t think they’re scammers, but the customer service is definitely bad.

Do not order!!! this is scam, we ordered and paid on 6 April 2022 an order. He does not answer mails and does not pick up the phone

Fast shipping. Pacage was lost with DHL. Got it a week later, happy with my order.

Ik heb meerdere keren besteld. ging altijd goed totdat ik een keer iets wou terug sturen. heb na 2/3 weken een mail gestuurd. met de vraag wanneer ik mijn geld terug zou krijgen. heb een mailtje ontvangen met daarin de vraag hoe ik het heb terug gestuurd. heb daarna niks meer van ze gehoord het is nu al ruim een maand verder en heb nog steeds niks gehoord.

Having invested in a helium hotspot. The instrement shut down after 1 month of usage and is not responding to anything. The service asked me to explain what happend in detail after which they did not respond.

I advice you to buy your hotspot somewhere else, a longer waiting time would be worth it!

Great service, ship out straight away and is here within a few days. Shame about Brexit adding extra import charges on top! But that’s not the shops fault.

Avoid at all cost! Worst customer service I've ever had the bad luck of coming in contact with. They are basically ignoring me.

I bought several times from the shop and the orders have been executed in a slow manner. Nevertheless, the last order was terrible. I placed an order towards the end of March. However, it arrived in the middle of April.

I decided to return two items of the shipment within the 14-day period and so I wrote a mail to the seller on the 22nd.
They replied one day after the 14-day period ended with a link to the return portal as they were on holiday. Unfortunately, I'm unable to return the items due to the slow response.

Now, after three further emails, I haven't received a reply from the seller.

The order was send one month later than promised. Furthermore I had to remind the team for my order more than one time.

Article not in stock anymore, just never send and no communication. When I contacted them and offered a solution they didn't read my mail or listen and just did what they wanted. Got something shipped in the end but not satisfied

Ongelofelijk, plaats je een bestelling terwijl er gewoon een levertijd bij de producten staat.. Krijg je na betaling een mail dat ze met vakantie zijn! Goed, ondertussen Ruim 3 weken verder dus zelf maar eens gevraagd hoe het ervoor staat. Krijg je als antwoord dat een groot deel van de bestelling niet meer leverbaar is en dat de order daarom geannuleerd wordt.

Honest company, needs a little work on communication though. Shipping hardware is harder since corona, I get that, but managing the expectations of your customers is key! Communications could be a bit clearer about delays and stock. I wanted to refund, the owner always responded fast and I got all my money back within one day.

Horrible company.
The CEO has no clue how to run his business and accordingly the service is poor. I can not recommend anyone to order there.

Order was cancelled without explanation. Tried contacting support but they closed the ticket instead of addressing the concern.
